Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a warehouse associate to unload transport trucks, store products in the warehouse, and prepare pallets for local delivery. The role may include housekeeping tasks such as recycling plastic and maintaining cleanliness standards.

The position requires passing a forklift skills test and possibly a DOT physical. Candidates should be able to lift 20–45 lb repeatedly and work weekends/holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old (21+ if CDL required).
• Pass the physical capabilities test.
• Able to pass Forklift Driving Skills test.
• Valid U.S. CDL license (if required).
• Pass DOT physical and DOT Road Test (if applicable).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English if CDL required.
• Helpful experience in high-speed manufacturing environments.
• Forklift operation experience.
• Working with racking systems and loading/unloading pallets.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Unload transport trucks delivering finished products to the warehouse and store it in its designated warehouse space.
• Load empty pallets and plastic storage flats/shells for the transport truck to return to the manufacturing location.
• Position loads pre-made, multi-product pallets onto local delivery trucks.
• Perform housekeeping duties such as recycling plastic, mopping/sweeping, and ensuring cleanliness standards.
