Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Warehouse Associate to safely perform a variety of duties in our warehouse operations. You will pull, load, unload, count, and stage goods while using pallet jacks, forklifts, and related equipment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift experience, and good math and communication skills. Candidates must pass the forklift skills assessment and be able to work in non-climate-controlled conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must pass forklift skills assessment and safely operate PBV equipment.
• At least 6 months of forklift experience preferred.
• Good math, reading, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy and quality of products received from vendors and shipped to customers.
• Perform check-in/check-out duties and maintain records (BOLs, receivers, pick tickets).
• Count goods returned to the plant and assess condition.
• Safely operate yard switcher and trucks for loading/unloading.
• Interact with automation systems and palletizing equipment to ensure correct loads.
• Identify faults, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on systems.
• Operate warehouse equipment to store, stage, and move products as needed.
• Perform safety and pre-trip checks on machinery.
• Assist with janitorial tasks to maintain a clean workspace.
