Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to safely perform a range of duties in PBV’s warehouse operations, supporting internal and external customers. Responsibilities include pulling, loading, unloading, counting, and quality checks on PBV products and materials.

The exact duties vary by facility. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, forklift experience, and basic computer/HMI skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass forklift skills assessment and safely operate PBV equipment.
• At least six months of forklift experience preferred.
• Computer/HMI skills, mechanical aptitude, and good math, reading, and writing skills.
• Must read and understand load tickets and product labels; strong communication skills.
• Able to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment with exposure to hot/humid or cold conditions.

Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy and quality of received and shipped products.
• Maintain records (BOLs, receivers, pick tickets) per SOPs.
• Count damaged or returned goods.
• Safely operate yard switcher and trucks for loading/unloading.
• Interact with automation systems and record product/pallet data.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment faults and perform basic maintenance.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors and other warehouse equipment.
• Perform safety checks on machinery and keep areas clean.
• Carry out janitorial tasks and adhere to GMP/food safety rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
