Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will perform a variety of warehouse duties, including receiving, picking, loading, unloading, and pallet building to support customers and drive efficiency.

Role requires forklift experience, basic math and reading skills, and ability to follow procedures. You will work in a climate-controlled or non-climate controlled environment depending on facility and may assist with yard operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass forklift skills assessment and safely operate PBV equipment.
• At least 6 months forklift experience preferred.
• Computer/HMI skills required.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic math/writing/reading skills are essential.
• Ability to read product labels and load tickets.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently perform duties in PBV warehouse operations.
• Verify accuracy of products received from vendors and shipped to customers.
• Maintain records for each task (BOLs, receivers, pick tickets).
• Operate automation systems and pick systems to build pallets.
• Perform basic maintenance on automation systems and safety checks.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors, and other equipment.
• Assist with janitorial tasks to keep the facility clean and organized.
• Support yard switching and trailer movements as needed.
