Job summary

Envision Cold (Boaz, AL) is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for the 2nd shift (3:30 PM–12:00 AM). You will help maintain accurate inventory, ensure on-time deliveries, and resolve shipping/receiving issues while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will verify information, prepare documents, provide tracking updates, and keep systems updated. Strong organization, attention to detail, and experience with WMS and MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Shipping and receiving experience
• Outstanding organizational skills with great attention to detail
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Proficient computer skills (WMS, Excel, Outlook, Word)

Responsibilities

• Verify shipping and receiving information and prepare documents.
• Ensure outgoing orders are packed, labeled, and meet requirements.
• Provide customers with tracking information and updates.
• Sign drivers in and out and direct carriers to dock doors.
• Update inventory and receiving records in the system.
• Generate regular inventory and shipment reports for management.
• Prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
