Envision Cold is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to represent the company to drivers, customers and staff. You will help maintain accurate inventory levels, ensure timely deliveries and resolve shipping or receiving issues while upholding safety and quality standards.

This 2nd shift position (3:30PM - 12:00PM Monday - Friday) may require overtime, including weekends during peak seasons. Strong organization, attention to detail, and proficiency with WMS and Microsoft Office are

Formación

• Shipping and Receiving experience required.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Good attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing demands.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and multitasking.
• Proficient with WMS, Excel, Outlook and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Verify shipping and receiving information and prepare documents.
• Ensure accurate packing, labeling, and readiness of outgoing shipments.
• Provide tracking updates and resolve delivery issues.
• Sign drivers in/out and direct carriers to dock doors.
• Record received items in the warehouse or inventory system.
• Communicate with carriers to improve shipping efficiency.
• Provide management with inventory and shipping reports.
• Organize workload to meet tight deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
