Job summary

Envision Cold in Albert Lea, MN seeks a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support drivers, customers, and staff in a fast-paced environment. You will help maintain accurate inventory, ensure on-time deliveries, and resolve shipping or receiving issues.

Responsibilities include preparing documents, updating the warehouse management system, providing tracking updates, and reporting inventory and shipments to management.

Qualifications

• Shipping and Receiving experience required.
• Outstanding organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Fluency with the English language, both verbal and written.
• Good attendance record and strong work ethic.
• Ability to prioritize needs and reassess business demands.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, ever-changing operation while multi-tasking.
• Proficient with WMS, Excel, Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

• Verify shipping and receiving information; prepare documents and freight bills.
• Ensure outgoing orders are prepared for shipping with proper packing and labeling.
• Provide customers with tracking information and shipping updates.
• Sign drivers in and out; direct carriers to dock doors.
• Update system records for unloading/loading of goods.
• Record received items in the warehouse management system.
• Communicate with carriers to improve shipping efficiency.
• Provide management with inventory and shipping reports.
• Organize workload and meet tight deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
