Qualifications

• 2+ years in a fast-paced restaurant server role
• Basic understanding of food handling and safety practices
• Experience with Toast POS system preferred
• Basic liquor/wine knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
• Excellent communication and team-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service in a high-volume dining environment.
• Greet guests, introduce the concept, and manage tables for smooth flow.
• Know the menu and beverages to answer questions and offer recommendations.
• Accurately take and enter orders, ensuring speed and accuracy.
• Deliver food and drinks with correct presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Anticipate guest needs and multitask across multiple tables.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service.
• Maintain clean and organized tables, stations, and work areas.
• Process payments quickly following cash-handling procedures.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
