Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store personnel; communicates responsibilities and performance expectations.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with the district manager as needed.
• Interviews candidates and makes recommendations to the district manager.
• Manages scheduling, budgetary adherence, and store KPI achievement.
• Ensures compliance with policies, safety, and customer service guidelines.
