Loop Neighborhood in California is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to help operate its quick-service restaurants inside Loop Neighborhood and Poppy Market locations. The role emphasizes food safety, customer service, and teamwork within a fast-paced store environment.

You will prepare and serve food, maintain displays, manage inventory, and assist with opening/closing duties. A high school diploma and food-service certification are preferred, with opportunities for growth and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Knife skills and previous restaurant experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality food to customers.
• Maintain foodservice displays and keep stock levels.
• Manage inventory of ingredients and ensure proper temperatures and shelf life.
• Follow food handling, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, and rotating procedures.
• Set up, break down, sanitize and maintain clean prep stations.
• Complete end-of-shift paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions.
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork.
• Adhere to uniform, hygiene, and appearance standards.
• Support opening and closing duties and end-of-shift cleaning.
• Maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas.
