Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Knife skills and restaurant experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality food to customers.
• Maintain foodservice displays and stock.
• Manage inventory and ensure temperature and shelf-life compliance.
• Ensure proper food handling: wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, and rotating products.
• Set up, break down, sanitize and maintain clean prep stations.
• Complete end-of-shift paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork.
