Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to bend down frequently and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality food to customers.
• Maintain foodservice displays and ensure they are stocked.
• Manage inventory of prepared ingredients with proper temperature controls.
• Ensure proper food handling: wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, and rotating products.
• Set up, break down, and sanitize prep stations and work areas.
• Complete end-of-shift paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions.
• Demonstrate teamwork and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to uniform, hygiene, and appearance standards.
