Farrz Inc is seeking a Project Coordinator to join a fast-paced team that manages client projects from concept to completion. You will own the execution pipeline, including estimating, approvals, and delivery, in partnership with our top sales professional who focuses on relationships and growth.

The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage tight deadlines while maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• Organized problem solver who creates order from chaos and uses checklists to prevent bottlenecks.
• Strong communicator who keeps clients and production aligned to deadlines.
• 1–3 years of fast-paced admin, account management, or project experience in signage/print/logistics; tech-fluent with HubSpot/CoreBridge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate client briefs into structured files and build accurate estimates.
• Manage CRM/ERP data and source permits/materials from external vendors.
• Coordinate proofs, approvals, and status updates; handle site surveys and installations.
