Job summary

FASTSIGNS Parker/Castle Rock is seeking a detail-oriented project coordinator to manage client projects from concept to completion in a fast-paced Conroe, Texas environment. You will own the operational execution pipeline, including estimating, approvals, and delivery, in partnership with our sales professional to move work quickly and accurately.

The ideal candidate brings 1-3 years in admin, account management, or project coordination in signage/print/logistics, with strong organization,

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of fast-paced admin, account management, or project experience (signage, print, construction, or logistics preferred).
• Tech-fluent; HubSpot/CoreBridge experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Project Setup & Sourcing: Translate client briefs into structured files, build accurate estimates, manage CRM/ERP data, source permits/materials from external vendors.
• QC & Client Relations: Review design proofs against specs, coordinate approvals, maintain proactive communication regarding project status and logistics.
• Logistics & Closeout: Manage the WIP pipeline with production, coordinate site surveys and installations, assist with archives and accounts receivable.
