Job summary

FASTSIGNS Parker/Castle Rock is seeking a highly organized Sales & Project Coordinator to partner with our Account Management team. You will own critical administrative, estimating, and project-processing workflows, turning site surveys into accurate quotes and ensuring smooth project delivery.

You will build estimates in CoreBridge, prepare files for design, and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors, all while navigating Bay Area travel considerations to keep the sales pipeline flowing

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail-oriented; professional when communicating with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Strong communicator with clear written and spoken English for client and internal communications.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn proprietary software like CoreBridge quickly.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator is mandatory.
• Self-starter who can identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.
• Willingness to learn industry terminology and sign standards.

Responsibilities

• Survey & Project Processing: organize site survey notes, photos, measurements, and prepare project info for quoting.
• Estimating & System Support: build draft estimates, enter line items, and assist with quotes in CoreBridge POS.
• Design & File Support: use Adobe Illustrator to scale and review files and verify specs for the design team.
• Standards & Compliance: maintain client sign standards for major accounts for consistency.
• Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination: request pricing and follow up on quotes, coordinate with subcontractors.
• Scheduling & Logistics: manage calendar, arrange site surveys, considering Bay Area traffic.
• Project Tracking: maintain task lists, push projects through the pipeline.
