Job summary

In a fast-paced kitchen, you will work with a team to ensure accurate portions, safe handling, and a clean workstation; prior food-service experience is preferred, and flexibility with shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 0–2 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of basic operation of equipment and food-handling procedures preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food in accordance with current applicable standards to ensure high-quality service.
• Follow recipes and directions for preparing, cooking, and serving various foods.
• Estimate food requirements, monitor production, and requisition supplies as needed.
• Significant walking or mobility required; ability to stand for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and perform repetitive motions.
