REIC Rentals in Williston, ND is seeking a Parts Coordinator to keep the shop organized and ensure rentals flow smoothly from pickup to delivery.

You will manage parts inventory, coordinate with vendors, and support operations across teams while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years related experience or training.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, inspect, store, and issue parts for rental equipment and accessories.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using company systems.
• Source parts from local suppliers while controlling costs.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock.
• Add and manage part numbers for locally unique equipment.
• Coordinate parts deliveries and support local operations across teams.
• Conduct spot checks and monthly physical inventory counts.
• Keep the parts room clean, safe, and organized.
• Collaborate with the national Parts Coordinator and team.
• Deliver exceptional service to internal customers.
• Safely operate forklift after training and certification.
• Follow safety practices and regulations.
