Job summary

Enerbase Cooperative Resources in Minot, ND is seeking an inventory/retail support role focused on in-person customer service and accurate parts processing. You will handle cash payments, answer phones, and assist customers with parts orders while maintaining tight inventory control and using our inventory software.

The ideal candidate miles a High School diploma or GED, with willingness to perform data entry, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service and cash handling preferred.
• Ability to manage inventory and use inventory software.
• Willingness to learn and perform data entry tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet customers; process credit card payments.
• Maintain inventory for all stocked items and stock arriving inventory.
• Verify and store incoming inventory; update computer records.
• Answer phones after hours for emergency parts orders.
• Order parts for customers and perform online searches as needed.
• Notify customers when orders arrive and inspect for accuracy.
• Unloading and moving inventory if forklift certification is held.
• Process returns according to company and vendor procedures.
• Use Traverse and AgVantage to maintain inventory control.
• Maintain organization and perform other duties as assigned.
