Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Westminster, MD is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club initiatives. This role involves pulling merchandise from pick lists, using RF scanners, and moving items to staging areas in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates have order-pulling experience, wholesale retail exposure, and comfort with RF scanners. The position requires ability to work with speed and accuracy while prioritizing member

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list. Utilizes a handheld scanner device (RF) to pick orders from the sales floor. Moves merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
• Communicates problems with inventory and/or equipment and communicates expired or short-dated items included on pick list.
• Communicates with club team when merchandise needs to be replenished.
