Eden Roc Miami Beach, a Davidson Hospitality Group property, is seeking a Food Runner to join our energetic culinary team. You will support the delivery of meals, coordinate with kitchen and service staff, and provide guests with outstanding service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the prompt and efficient delivery of food orders to guests' tables.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless food service.
