Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume kitchen, preferably in a hotel/resort setting.
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior kitchen staff.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
