Job summary

ARMADA Supply Chain Solutions seeks a Logistics Coordinator to maintain the warehouse workflow, prioritize outbound loads, schedule inbound docks, and allocate orders for dispatch.

Responsibilities include preparing documents, tracking shipments, and providing visibility to internal customers. This role requires 2–3 years in a fast-paced warehouse and proficiency with key logistics software.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a high-velocity, multi-customer warehouse setting
• Knowledge of supply chain, order-to-cash, and warehouse operations
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Track inbound HUB orders and verify PO# and appointment times.
• Verify seal numbers on inbound paperwork and trailers.
• Coordinate outbound shipments and adjust pick priorities in WMS.
• Print and present BOLs and seal verification forms to drivers.
• Process inventory adjustments via Sales Revision and handle stock-outs.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders via email/phone for inquiries.
• Schedule carrier requests and set up/deliver/switch delivery appointments.
• Set up internal transfer orders and troubleshoot trailers.
• Produce and distribute daily/monthly operations reports.
• Coordinate international shipments and prepare required paperwork.
