Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Heart of House Team member to help prepare and cook menu items, maintain a clean, safe kitchen, and ensure timely quality on every plate. You’ll work closely with managers and teammates to keep the kitchen running smoothly and to deliver the guest experience our brand is known for.

Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not required; you will receive ongoing training and opportunities to grow, with shifts including evenings and weekends in Roseville, CA.

Competenze

• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety certifications as required by state or local law.
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts past 12:00 AM.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Buffalo Wild Wings recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen throughout every shift.
• Ensure food is prepared accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures.

• Work closely with managers and fellow team members to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
• Stock, organize, and rotate products to maintain freshness and quality.
