Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to join our Heart of House team. You will prepare and cook menu items, maintain a clean and safe kitchen, and ensure timely delivery of quality food in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires teamwork, reliability, and adherence to food safety practices. Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not mandatory, with opportunities for growth and development within a team-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Team player with positive attitude.
• Must maintain food safety certifications where required by law.
• Reliabile transportation and ability to work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Buffalo Wild Wings recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen throughout every shift.
• Ensure food is prepared accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures.
• Practice proper food handling techniques at all times.
• Work closely with managers and fellow team members to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
• Stock, organize, and rotate products to maintain freshness and quality.
• Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.
• Help create an exceptional dining experience by delivering consistent, high quality food.
