Buffalo Wild Wings in Sacramento, CA is seeking motivated Heart of House team members to help prepare, cook, and plate our menu items to recipe standards. You’ll keep the kitchen clean, organized, and safety-compliant, and you’ll work closely with teammates to deliver great food on time.

Flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth are available. Prior kitchen experience is helpful but not required; all who show a strong work ethic and a team-first attitude will have the chance to thrive in

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain required food safety certifications where required by law.
• Experience in kitchen or restaurant is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Buffalo Wild Wings recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen throughout each shift.
• Ensure food is prepared accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operating procedures.
• Practice proper food handling techniques at all times.
• Work closely with managers and teammates to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
• Stock, organize, and rotate products to maintain freshness and quality.
• Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.
• Help create an exceptional dining experience by delivering high-quality food.
