Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a Heart of House team member to prepare and cook menu items, keep the kitchen clean, and ensure timely delivery of quality dishes.

You will follow recipes, maintain safety standards, and collaborate with managers and teammates to keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Prior kitchen experience is helpful but not required, and flexible scheduling is available.

Formación

• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety certifications, where required by state or local law.
• Reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts that extend past 12:00 AM.
• Ability to work shifts of 6 hours or longer.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Buffalo Wild Wings recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen throughout every shift.
• Ensure food is prepared accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures.
• Practice proper food handling techniques at all times.
• Work closely with managers and fellow team members to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
• Stock, organize, and rotate products to maintain freshness and quality.
• Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.
• Help create an exceptional dining experience by delivering consistent, high quality food.
