Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Heart of House team member to help prepare and cook menu items, keep the kitchen clean, and ensure timely, high-quality meals for guests.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with teammates and managers, and contribute to an exceptional dining experience with attention to food safety and quality. Training and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety certifications.
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts past 12:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items per Buffalo Wild Wings recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen throughout each shift.
• Ensure food is prepared accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures.
• Practice proper food handling techniques at all times.
• Work closely with managers and fellow team members to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
• Stock, organize, and rotate products to maintain freshness and quality.
• Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.
• Help create an exceptional dining experience by delivering high-quality food.
