Responsibilities

• Follow safety and sanitation policies to ensure high-quality food is prepared and packaged.
• Learn and execute cooking and saucing guidelines for consistent quality.
• Prepare correct portions to prevent waste and ensure timely orders.
• Read order tickets and prepare orders promptly.
• Coordinate ticket times with teammates for on-time delivery.
• Keep the kitchen clean and follow closing sanitation procedures.
• Collaborate with Manager on Duty on safety, sanitation, or team issues.
• Assist guests and anticipate restaurant needs through environment awareness.
• Support training of new cooks and assist other team members as needed.
• Follow directions from Manager on Duty and seek clarification when needed.
• Maintain good hygiene and food handling practices.
