Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: provide friendly, efficient service and ensure a positive Wingstop impression.
• Team Oriented: collaborate with coworkers and report safety or sanitation concerns.
• Process Compliance: follow safe handling procedures and Wingstop standards.
• Cook and prepare Bone-In Wings, Boneless Wings and Strips to spec; manage fryers and baskets.
• Coordinate cooking times and portions to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Sauce, season, and package orders according to Wingstop procedures.
• Keep fryer shortening clean and replaced safely and daily.
• Maintain clean interior and exterior of the restaurant.
