Qualifications

• Must be able to perform job duties in a timely, clean and orderly manner.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds frequently and 75 pounds occasionally, standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Primary Functions: Sets up the batter table, collects smallwares, and prepares batter mix.
• Ensures call sheets are complete, posted and used.
• Checks equipment and reports malfunctions to the Manager in Charge.
• Maintains fryer shortening levels and color balances fryers.
• Filters and cleans fryers following safety guidelines.
• Pans sufficient chicken for operational needs.
• Prepares and cooks all food products as directed by the Manager in Charge.
• Ensures all food meets specifications, procedures and quality standards.
