Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking dedicated team members for its Heart of House Kitchen. You will prepare and cook menu items, keep the kitchen clean and organized, and ensure timely delivery of quality food.

You’ll follow all safety procedures, operate with a team mindset, and help sustain an upbeat, fast-paced dining experience. Experience is a plus but not required; strong work ethic, reliability, and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety certifications, where required by state or local law.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Buffalo Wild Wings recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen throughout every shift.
• Ensure food is prepared accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures.
• Practice proper food handling techniques at all times.
• Work closely with managers and fellow team members to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
• Stock, organize, and rotate products to maintain freshness and quality.
• Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.
• Help create an exceptional dining experience by delivering consistent, high quality food.
