Job summary

Station Casinos LLC at Green Valley Ranch Resort is seeking a host/hostess to greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring excellent service and a smooth restaurant flow. You will answer phones, take reservations, coordinate seating, balance the cash register, and maintain the cleanliness of the host stand, menus, and surrounding areas, while coordinating with servers and management.

A minimum of 1 year in a fast-paced service environment is preferred; strong communication, teamwork, and guest

Qualifications

• 1 year + experience in fast-paced service environment.
• Ability to courteously interact with Guests and ensure satisfaction.
• Cash handling experience preferred; follow company policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat Guests pleasantly, quickly, and efficiently.
• Ensure proper service and smooth restaurant operation.
• Communicate Guest opportunities to management or relief staff.
• Answer phones, take reservations, and coordinate seating.
• Know responsibilities of service staff and facility amenities.
• Be aware of dining room activities and service standards.
• Run cash register and handle money; balance checks at end of shift.
• Maintain cleanliness of host/hostess stand, floors, menus, and signage.
