This is a fast-paced role for someone who enjoys working with people and keeping service flowing smoothly. You will greet guests, take orders, operate the register, guide menu choices, prepare items, and maintain a clean, organized front and dining area.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Operate register and handle cash/cards quickly and accurately.
• Guide guests through the menu and offer recommendations.
• Prepare and assemble menu items to Bossy Beulah’s standards.
• Operate fryers and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness at front counter, dining areas, and kitchen stations.
• Support food prep, stocking, and station organization through training.
• Communicate clearly with teammates to keep service moving smoothly.
• Assist with restocking, opening, and closing duties as needed.
