Job summary

The Union Station Nashville Yards, Autograph Collection is seeking a Food Runner to ensure a smooth dining experience by delivering meals from the kitchen to outlets quickly and accurately. You will monitor orders in the POS, verify details, and transport meals to service areas while assisting guests and supporting the kitchen when needed.

This full-time and/or part-time role offers opportunities to work in a fast-paced team and contribute to guest satisfaction daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of Food & Beverage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming orders through the POS system.
• Review order details and prepare items for delivery.
• Ensure orders are completed on time and communicate delays to kitchen/leadership.
• Confirm orders include all items before leaving the kitchen.
• Transport meals safely to designated service areas or drop zones.
• Retrieve trays, lids and equipment to the kitchen.
• Assist with guest service as needed.
• Support kitchen expediting when required.
• Coordinate delivery of orders to outlets including bars, market and room service.
