Job summary

Westrock Coffee is seeking a Machine Operator to set up, run, and monitor food processing and packaging equipment in a fast-paced production line. The role focuses on safe, efficient operation and strict adherence to quality standards.

You will perform routine checks, document results, adjust equipment as needed, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to meet daily production goals. A high school diploma and 1–2 years in food manufacturing are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently to hit production goals.
• Complete documentation and reports; flag malfunctions to supervisor.
• Interpret work orders and ensure correct materials and specs.
• Troubleshoot basic-to-moderate operation issues.
• Gas-off coffee as required and manage change-overs and packaging setup.
• Print correct item labels and program packaging machines.
• Adjust packaging to correct case size and amount per package.
• Close and label boxes, move to pallets, and ensure proper stacking.
