Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company is seeking a Machine Operator to setup, operate, and monitor food processing and packaging equipment in a fast-paced Conway, AR facility. You will perform routine checks, adjust equipment, record data, and support quality and safety standards throughout the shift.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years in a food manufacturing environment, plus strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
