Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently to meet production and waste goals.
• Complete equipment operation checklists and report malfunctions to supervisor/maintenance.
• Interpret work orders and instructions to follow materials/specifications.
• Troubleshoot basic-to-moderate operation issues.
• Ensure coffee has adequate gas-off time.
• Handle changeovers and prepare packaging materials (films, filters, boxes).
• Use computer to access coffee bin and enter item data for correct labels.
• Program packaging machine per manufacturing specs and adjust for case size.
• Close and label boxes, process through tape machine.
• Conduct visual, weight, and seal inspections on each package.
• Identify nonconforming goods and segregate accordingly.
• Move pallets from conveyor and log pallet details.
• Record downtime and submit maintenance requests.
