Job summary

Dragon Alley Huntsville is seeking a dependable full-time Expo to keep the line moving, ensure dishes are prepared correctly, and help both the kitchen and front of house stay in sync during service.

You’ll work the pass, organize tickets, check dishes before they go out, and assist with pacing the flow when the dining room gets busy. You may also run dishes during peak times or staff shortages.

Qualifications

• Must have verifiable expo or food runner experience of at least 1 year.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both kitchen and front of house.
• Capable of staying focused and productive during rush periods.
• Ensure plates are accurate and timing is coordinated with the team.

Responsibilities

• Work the pass and organize tickets.
• Check dishes before they go out and manage flow during busy periods.
• Coordinate with food runners to deliver dishes quickly and accurately.
