Job summary

Dragon Alley Huntsville is seeking a dependable full-time Expo to keep the line moving, ensure dishes are prepared correctly, and help both the kitchen and front of house stay in sync during service.

You’ll work the pass, organize tickets, check dishes before they go out, and assist with pacing the flow when the dining room gets busy. You may also run dishes during peak times or staff shortages.

Qualifications

• Must have verifiable expo or food runner experience of at least 1 year.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both kitchen and front of house.
• Capable of staying focused and productive during rush periods.
• Ensure plates are accurate and timing is coordinated with the team.

Full-Time Expo

We’re looking for a solid expo to join the team at Dragon Alley. This role is all about keeping the line moving, making sure plates are right, and helping both the kitchen and front of house stay in sync during service. As well as coordinating with the food runners to get the dishes quickly and accurately to the tables. Expos may also have to help run dishes during busy periods or short staffing moments.

You’ll be working the pass, organizing tickets, checking dishes before they go out, and helping control the flow when things get busy.

What we need:

• Someone fast, organized, and reliable
• Good communication with both BOH and FOH
• Can handle pressure and stay focused during rushes
• Must have verifiable experience as an expo or food runner for at least 1 year.

Details:

• Full-time hours
• $15-$17/hour depending on experience
