Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro in Richmond, VA is hiring Expeditor/Expo positions to support both takeout and dine-in service. We offer full-time and part-time hourly roles with flexible scheduling and on-the-job training.

Responsibilities include managing ticket times, coordinating with managers to exceed guest expectations, sending accurate orders to tables, and completing restroom checks. 18+ required; prior restaurant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Current Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Ability to learn and conduct side work required for each shift.
• Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building.
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to Employees, dining room staff, Management and Guests.
• Understanding of English language.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods of time, able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket times to ensure food is being delivered fresh and within ticket time standards
• Coordinate table visits with a manager when necessary to exceed Guest expectations
• Send accurate orders to tables
• Ensure restroom checks are completed
