Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time hourly Expeditor or Expo positions. You will ensure craveable food for takeout and dine-in guests, manage ticket times, and coordinate with managers to exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Food Handler's Card where applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Ability to learn and perform side work for each shift.
• Knowledge of chemicals used in the building.
• Clear speaking and attentive listening to staff and guests.
• English language proficiency.
• Excellent customer service and etiquette.
• Flexible to work varied shifts.
• Able to stand long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket times to ensure food is delivered fresh and on time.
• Coordinate table visits with a manager when needed to exceed guest expectations.
• Send accurate orders to tables.
• Ensure restroom checks are completed.
