Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Expeditor or Expo positions. An Expeditor ensures craveable food for every Guest supporting takeout and dine-in.

Responsibilities include managing ticket times, coordinating with managers, sending accurate orders, and maintaining cleanliness checks. Must be 18+, with strong customer service and English skills; Food Handler's Card preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience is preferred.
• Current Food Handler's Card where applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Learn and conduct side work required for each shift.
• Knowledge of chemicals used in the building.
• Speak clearly and listen attentively to staff and Guests.
• Understanding of English language.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket times to ensure food is delivered fresh and on time.
• Coordinate table visits with a manager to exceed Guest expectations.
• Send accurate orders to tables.
• Ensure restroom checks are completed.
