PF Changs China Bistro in Arlington, VA is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Expeditor or Expo positions. You will help ensure craveable food for guests in both takeout and dine-in orders by managing ticket times and coordinating with kitchen and dining staff.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, have restaurant experience, and can multitask in a fast-paced team environment. A Food Handler’s Card may be required; English proficiency and customer service excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• English language proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Manage ticket times to ensure food is delivered fresh and within ticket time standards.
• Coordinate table visits with a manager when necessary to exceed Guest expectations.
• Send accurate orders to tables.
• Ensure restroom checks are completed.
