Job summary

Noodles & Company in Omaha is looking for a friendly Cook to join our team. You will prepare noodles, salads, soups, and sandwiches, greet guests, take orders and help provide a great guest experience in a fast-paced, teamwork-oriented environment.

The role may include cook, cashier or server duties. You should be at least 16 years old and able to work nights, weekends and holidays. Free shift meal provided and a supportive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome.
• Take guests’ food orders and handle cash and credit transactions.
• Follow Noodles & Company’s policies for cash handling and safety.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
• Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Prepare food items including prep, noodles, salads, soups, sandwiches.
• Check food quality and temperatures to ensure freshness and safety.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures including knife handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and prep areas.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints.
• Work as a team to prepare the restaurant for each shift.
• Act with integrity and promote the culture of Noodles & Company.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
• Position may include cook, cashier and/or server responsibilities.
• Must adhere to appearance standards.
• Free Shift Meal.
