Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking a Cook to prepare and cook food to our standards in a fast-paced kitchen. You will follow the Shift's Manager instructions, maintain quality and sanitation, and ensure timely service at the batter area and frying stations.

Staff will work on-site in Missouri, perform physical duties including lifting, and collaborate with teammates to meet customer demand while upholding safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow recipes and sanitation standards.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Good communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up batter area, prepare batter mix, and gather smallwares.
• Cook and prep food according to Manager in Charge and operating standards.
• Ensure food meets specifications, timing, and quality requirements.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions to supervisor.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and follow sanitation procedures.
