Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn and be familiar with Ameristar’s room outlets and answer general questions about the property.
• Read food orders and prepare items according to established menu plans.
• Prepare all items according to standard recipes to ensure product consistency.
• Wash, slice, peel, and cut foods for cooking or serving.
• Observe and test foods to ensure proper cooking levels.
• Maintain sanitary, safe, and effective work areas and equipment.
• Coordinate and communicate orders with dining room staff.
• Complete all prep items as written on prep sheets.
