Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent. three years of culinary experience required.
• Ability to read recipes and measurements; pass culinary tests.

Responsibilities

• Reads food orders and prepares items per standard recipes.
• Prepares foods to ensure product consistency for guests.
• Coordinates and communicates orders with dining room staff.
• Maintains sanitary, safe work environment per Health Department rules.
• Completes opening/closing duties and other side tasks as assigned.
