• Experience with auto parts sales (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in finding the appropriate parts for their vehicle.
• Create and modify purchase orders.
• Work with technicians to ensure parts are available for repairs.
• Use manufacturer catalogs and DMS systems to determine parts and pricing.
• Process and close open invoices.
• Maintain a high level of service and urgency for all departments.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction over the phone and at the counter.
