Responsibilities

• Pull and fill internal and external parts orders for pickup, delivery, or shipment.
• Locate out-of-stock parts through outside sources when needed.
• Communicate prices, quotes, and collect payments from guests.
• Ensure parts requests are billed and technicians receive parts timely.
• Conduct weekly bin checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Support guest service and uphold company culture and values.
