Kendall Auto Group in Eugene is seeking a Quick Lane Service Advisor to join our service team. You will be the first contact for Kendall customers, guiding them through vehicle repairs and maintenance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers, technicians and sales staff to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Verify work was performed correctly and diagnosed; make educated recommendations from vehicle history.
• Input and maintain customer information; schedule service appointments; communicate via phone, email, and chat.
